Finding Calm in Chaos
If you work hard enough, you’ll become successful. While this is the right mindset to have, Hustle Culture starts to breed a toxic enviroment where if you spend much time on anything that’s non-work related, you start to feel guilty. It fuels cognitive dissonance.
Promoting a healthy work-life balance for employees should be at the top of the list for any company, and that’s where steady comes into play. Using a digital platform, Steady is an app for registered businesses to maintain a healthy work environment by not only providing support to their employees, but short guides to educate employers on how they can create a healthy work environment.
Using social media, and wildposting will help spread awareness about Hustle Culture. The collaboration between Steady and WeWork would be a way highlight a more well-rounded approach to a healthy work environment, as one brand provides support for employees AND employers to keep them mentally in-check and the other provides with positive-seeming workspaces for the company to thrive in.
